A new bedroom has also been constructed on the ground level with beautiful modern en-suite facilities, and patio doors leading out to the pool terrace, allowing for spontaneous midnight dips.  The well presented spacious lounge, with wall mounted Plasma TV, and dining area are open plan with large patio doors leading to the spectacular swimming pool and terrace area.  Ample patio furniture is supplied for your lounging convenience as well as a purpose-built BBQ.

*This villa has been priced for a maximum occupancy of 10 persons.  A reduction of £150 / €205 per week will be made if only 4 bedrooms are required and one is locked.

Prices are per week for a maximum of *10 persons, inclusive of 3 days per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels. Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available at £135 / €150 per week, please enquire.

A Security/Cleaning deposit of £350/450 Euros is required with balance of holiday payment.

Booking Information
Tenancies commence at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Damages and Breakages must be paid for. The maximum number of agreed persons may not be exceeded.
Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property.
