Casa Carina is a very well presented five bedroom, four bathroom detached villa located within easy reach of the Algarvean seaside town of Carvoeiro. The villa is set on a well-groomed plot, with a mature garden and private swimming pool.  The driveway has enough space for at least 4 rental cars, making it a perfect getaway for large families. The villa has recently changed ownership and the new owner has just finished making some excellent improvements to this fantastic property, this includes: re-tiling the pool, new lounge furniture/decoration, and air conditioning. Two new large air-conditioned bedrooms have also been added to the villa with a new shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large beautifully arranged modern kitchen, which is fully fitted with all the usual appliances you would expect from a top-notch rental property of today.

This well-presented accommodation offers a spacious and comfortable lounge, which has a separate dining area with a generous table, and sliding patio doors lead to the inviting swimming pool area straight from the lounge. There is also a closed wood burning fire for winter heating. The bedrooms all have top of the range air conditioning units to keep you cool in the Algarve's warm summer months.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and patio doors leading to the swimming pool terrace, allowing for spontaneous midnight dips. This bedroom also boasts a walk in shower as part of the en-suite.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds with a bathroom located across the corridor. The 3rd bedroom is also twin bedded, with another house bathroom opposite.  Both new large bedrooms (4th & 5th) are tastefully adorned with king sized beds.  They both share the newly added shower room, with large walk-in shower, sink unit and WC.

The newly tiled swimming pool is surrounded by realistic artificial grass, and the terrace has adequate patio furniture and cushions for your comfort. There is a purpose-built undercover BBQ area on the terrace for evening family cookouts.  From the pool terrace, there are steps leading to the roof terrace with clear sea views, perfect for boosting your tan in the Algarve sun.

Casa Carina’s location makes this an ideal base for exploring Carvoeiro.  A small supermarket is only 500m away, and a variety of restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk away. The town itself is only a leisurely 15 minute walk. 

Carvoeiro accommodates three golf courses and excellent tennis facilities, all easily accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 10 persons, inclusive of maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
