Property Details

New to our portfolio from 2023 is Villa Ossonaba.  This is a stunning 3+1 bedroom two storey detached villa sitting on a large cliff top plot with clear sea views.  The villa is very well maintained, beautifully presented and sits behind electric gates and a well manicured mature garden.   The villa is located on the Vale do Lapa area of Carvoeiro and has easy access to beaches and restaurants.

After entering the large traditional front door into the entrance hallway, there is a spectacular view through the lounge out to the infinity pool and sea.  Accommodation consists of two twin bedded bedrooms on the ground floor with the shared bathroom right next door.  This has a bath and separate shower cabin.  Both bedrooms are ample in size and have patio doors out to the side terrace area.  There is also a separate cloakroom wc for general use.    Also on the ground floor is the very large open plan lounge & dining area.   Very large glass patio doors show off the spectacular sea view, gardens & pool area.  These lead out to the terrace area.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with all that you would expect from a quality rental home.  Doors from here lead out to the kitchen terrace area with purpose built BBQ.

A double winding staircase takes you up to the first floor with spectacular resting area and again stunning views out over towards the sea.  The master bedroom upstairs also has twin beds and full en-suite facilities.  The master bedroom and upstairs resting area have access to the upper terrace with the breathtaking views. The main house has 3 bedrooms for use, sleeping 6.  The 4^th (master bedroom) is located and not for guests use.  Owner use only.

From the lounge terrace there are steps down to the infinity swimming pool.  This can be heated at an additional cost.  Please ask for costing.

Located next to the pool area is the separate pool house annexe.  This has a full bedroom with double bed & shower room, so can accommodate an additional 2 persons.  We recommend using this only in the warmer summer months (May – Oct) as it can be cooler in here.  Please see pricing structure for pool house use.

This really is a stunning holiday home and well located to explore the Algarve with world class golf courses and tennis facilites nearby.  The town can be reached by car in 6-7 minutes.  It’s about a 45 minute walk to Carvoeiro itself.

Prices

This villa has been priced for a maximum occupancy of 6 persons in the main house. For 7/8 persons and use of POOL HOUSE BEDROOM, please add £410 / 450 Euros per week.

Winter Period

 This villa is not available to rent during the Winter months. 

Summer Period

Prices are per week, inclusive of 5 days per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels. Electricity is included in all rental prices.
