This beautifully presented villa is set on two levels, with the ground floor consisting of a modern fully equipped state of the art kitchen, complete with washing machine, drier & dishwasher. A new bedroom has been constructed on the ground level with beautiful en-suite facilities and patio doors leading straight out to the airy pool terrace.  The well adorned spacious lounge, with wall mounted Plasma TV and dining area are open plan, with large patio doors leading to the swimming pool and terrace area also.  Ample patio furniture is supplied for your convenience and a purpose built BBQ can be found on the terrace for all your outdoor dining desires.

Further down the internal corridor is another two of the five bedrooms, the first bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes.  One of the master bedrooms has a double bed and includes full en-suite facilities.  The ground floor also contains a full bathroom and a separate convenient cloakroom/WC.

An internal stairway leads to the fourth and fifth bedrooms upstairs.  One room has twin beds and the other has a double bed, these rooms have full en-suite facilities and ample wardrobe space for your luggage.  The double room with en-suite is brand new and is very tastefully presented, blending modern with traditional. Patio doors lead to the upper terrace with fantastic sea views.

The villa has air conditioning throughout, Satellite TV and a closed-in wood burning fire.  The villa also benefits from a wireless high speed internet connection, complimentary for guests.  Each bedroom also has a TV for nighttime entertainment also.  Truly stunning property!

Prices

*This villa has been priced for a maximum occupancy of 10 persons.  A reduction of £150 / €175 per week will be made if only 4 bedrooms are required and one is locked.

Winter Period

This villa is not available to rent during the Winter months.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of *10 persons, inclusive of 3 days per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels. Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available at £150 / €175 per week, please enquire.

A Security/Cleaning deposit of £750/€875 Euros is required with balance of holiday payment.
