Property Details

This beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa is located in a prime position on the very popular Quinta do Paraiso resort only a 15 minute walk to the historic fishing town of Carvoeiro, where you will find an array of restaurants.  This has to be one of the most gorgeous examples of the resort's array of properties.  All four bedreoms and the lounge are air conditioned.

Ground floor accommodation consists of a beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.   The large very well-adorned lounge with open plan dining area has large smart TV with multi language TV, including a sports and movie package.  The owners have just knocked down a wall at the dining area creating an open plan design to the kitchen (not shown in video).  Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace with marble patio table.  The swimming pool and terrace area is a definite unique feature of the villa that will make you love spending time outdoors in the sun.  Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

There is a purpose-built BBQ area on the pool terrace for all your dining desires, as well as a canopied seating area for those wishing to dine out of the sun.  A stairwell goes up to the roof terrace complete with flowers and shrubs and beautiful views down the valley over the Quinta do Paraiso crazy golf area, towards town and the sea.

All four bedrooms are located downstairs, two twin bedrooms share a fully equipped modern brand new bathroom, the two remaining "master" bedrooms have a king size bed and full new en-suite facilities. Each of the bedrooms have patio doors leading to the downstairs terrace area.

This really is a beautiful holiday home with easy access to the resort facilities, including communal pool area, crazy golf, tennis courts, kids club, restaurants, and small mini-market (summer only). The town is only a 15 minute walk away, making this an ideal holiday base to make the most of all that sunny Carvoeiro has to offer.

For those who enjoy unwinding through sport, the Pestana Golf Resort and Carvoeiro Tennis Centre are only a few minutes drive away.

This property is not available during the Winter Period.  

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 8 persons, inclusive of maid service, linen & towels (except beach towels) - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available at £175 / €200 per week, please enquire.
