Property Details

The villa sits behind electric gates with keypad entry.  There is a large driveway to securely park just outside the front door.  The villa is also alarmed.  The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout, free high speed wi-fi, multi country channel TV system via a wall mounted Smart Tv.

After entering the front door, you arrive in the main hallway with high ceiling.  A small corridor leads to both ground floor bedrooms.  Both are a good size with lots of built-in wardrobe space.  One bedroom has a king size bed, the other bedroom with two single beds.  Both en-suites are modern and very well presented.  Both these bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the garden and patio area towards the pool.  The main hallway also has a wc, before entering the double glass internal doors to the large lounge and dining area.  Beautifully furnished.  There are double patio doors leading to the terrace / pool area and another set of patio doors out to the external dining area / patio with purpose built gas BBQ area.

Just off the dining area is the modern fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge and dishwasher.  The utility room also has a large American fridge freezer & washing machine.  The kitchen also has patio doors to the external dining / BBQ area.

There are ample sunbeds and patio furniture for your comfort around the pool area.  The pool is approx 10 x 5 metres and can be heated at an extra cost of £175/200 Euros per week.

The 1st floor is accessed from the main entrance hallway, with an internal staircase winding up to the two bedrooms, both with king size beds.  The master bedroom also has a dressing area, full ensuite facilities with walk in shower and two terraces.  One to the side of the villa and another one overlooking the pool and garden areas.  Beautiful views.   The second bedroom also has full en-suite facilities, terrace with views over the garden and pool.  Both bedrooms have huge wardrobe space.

This really is a special 4 bedroom rental well located, only 20 or so minutes walk to town. Restaurants Escondidinho, Branco and Trattoria Oliveira are only a very short walk away and the supermarket on the Quinta do Paraiso resort is only a 5 minute walk away.   Access to the Carvoeiro Tennis Centre and Pestana Golf Resorts is only a few minutes by car.

Prices are per week for a maximum of 8 persons, inclusive of maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels. Electricity is included in all rental prices.
