Property Details

This stunning property is a conversion from two apartments into one, giving it a wonderful spacious feel.  The property has it's own private hot tub (not many of these around!), sitting in a pleasant lawned garden area.  The villa is situated in a quiet part of the very popular Monte Carvoeiro resort, only minutes from sunny Carvoeiro.  Restaurants and the swimming pool area are only a few minutes walk away.  Free wi-fi is available to guests.

 The villa has been fully modernised and furnished to a very high level, and consists of three very well presented bedrooms on the 1st floor.  The generous sized master bedroom has full en-suite facilities and dressing area with patio door leading to the terrace, a perfect location to take in the summer air. Bedrooms two & three are again good sized, with bedroom two also having a dressing area.  Two of the bedrooms have very nice views towards Carvoeiro centre.  The very modern house bathroom is located next to bedrooms two and three.  

 The lower level has a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with Bosch appliances and all the usual equipment you would expect from a modern, luxury holiday home.  The surprisingly spacious lounge with dining area is again beautifully presented and comes with Satellite T.V and DVD player.  There is a built-in wood burning fire for winter heating.  The property also has air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in the summer months. 

There are patio doors from the lounge leading to the lower terrace complete with patio table and chairs, and of course the private hot tub area, a perfect location to look up at the stars on a clear summer night.  This really is a special holiday property, boasting an easy walking distance to town, many restaurants nearby, swimming pool moments away, private hot tub, air conditioning throughout, whilst being luxuriously furnished.

Clients benefit from the use of the swimming pool on the Monte Carvoeiro resort.  Carvoeiro has three golf courses and excellent tennis facilities, all easily accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away.

The centre of Carvoeiro is only a casual 5 minute walk away.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of mid stay maid service, linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
