Property Details

Casa Vinha Velha is a very well decorated single storey 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (all en-suite) villa sitting in its own mature garden with fruit trees, shrubs and plants. The villa sits in a large plot with a long driveway sweeping round to the parking area in front of the villa, with ample space for three or four cars.

The villa has air conditioning throughout in the lounge and all three bedrooms, Wi-Fi is available too. The Lounge is equipped with a modern LCD TV with Satellite TV and a DVD player.

Accommodation consists of 3 good size double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space for all your holiday clothes and supplies. All three bedrooms are en-suite, and the master bedroom has patio doors leading straight out to the swimming pool terrace.

The large lounge and dining area is very well presented and gives a home from home feel. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace area and swimming pool area, providing you with an area for shaded relaxation in the sunny summer months. Ample patio furniture is supplied for your comfort. The BBQ is also located on the pool terrace.

The original kitchen is traditional in design, with beautiful tiled walls, and has all the equipment you would expect from a modern holiday home. There is a small utility area just off the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa is about a 25 minute walk to town, with the restaurants O Branco and Escondidinho only a few minutes walk away, as is the Quinta do Paraiso development with Italian restaurant and small supermarket open during in the summer months.

The Pestana golf resort and Carvoeiro Tennis Centre are very nearby and easily accessible by car also for those who enjoy unwinding through sports. A very nice villa representing great value for money for your holiday.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available at £175 / €200 per week, please enquire.
