Casa Tobias is a beautiful 3 bedroomed 3 bathroom modern detached villa. The two storey villa has entrance gates, car parking and a private swimming pool. The villa benefits from air conditioning in each of the bedrooms and the lounge and a wood burning fire for the colder winter months. The air conditioning units can also heat during the winter months. The villa has free Wi-Fi.

This "home from home" villa is very well presented and has been tastefully decorated. The ground floor has an entrance hallway, one double bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. The modern bathroom with good size shower is located immediately outside the bedroom. The spacious lounge area is very comfortable, this leads to the dining area with ample seating for your comfort and dining needs. The dining area has patio doors leading out to the private swimming pool area. The lounge also has patio doors leading to the front terrace with patio table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two fridges and all the usual appliances you would expect from a modern villa.

Upstairs on the 1st floor are where bedrooms two and three are located. Both of these bedrooms are very spacious and have access to individual small terraces. The sea can be seen from the terrace of bedroom two. The master bedroom has two double beds, with bedroom three also having a double bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have ample storage with built in wardrobes and both have beautiful en-suite facilities.

Casa Tobias has easy access to several restaurants in Sesmarias, including one of the best in Carvoeiro - Bon Bon (one michelin star), and a mini market, all only a few minutes walk away. The centre of Carvoeiro is about 30 minutes walk away or a few minutes by car. For those who like to unwind in the sun, the Carvoeiro Clube Tennis resort is a 10 minute walk away, with Gramacho / Pinta golf courses only minutes away by car also. This villa is great value for money - not many 3 bed, 3 bath villa with private pool and air conditioning at these rates.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 7 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
