Property Details

This stunning 3 bedroom detached villa is located in a prime position on the very popular Quinta do Paraiso resort only a 15 minute walk to the historic fishing town of Carvoeiro, where you will find an array of restaurants.  This has to be one of the most gorgeous examples of the resort's array of properties.

Ground floor accommodation consists of a beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.   The large very well-adorned lounge with open plan dining area has a modern wall mounted LCD TV with Satellite TV, including a sports and movie package.  The owners have just knocked down a wall at the dining area creating an open plan design to the kitchen (not shown in video).  Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace with marble patio table.  The swimming pool area is a definite unique feature of the villa that will make you love spending time outdoors in the sun. There is a large infinity pool that boasts a waterfall feature that runs down into the smaller pool. Each of the pools has a bubble jacuzzi type seating area too.  Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

There is a purpose-built BBQ area on the pool terrace for all your dining desires, as well as a canopied seating area for those wishing to dine out of the sun.  A stairwell goes up to the roof terrace complete with flowers and shrubs and beautiful views down the valley over the Quinta do Paraiso crazy golf area, towards town and the sea.

All three bedrooms are located downstairs, two twin bedrooms share a fully equipped modern bathroom, the master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite facilities and walk-in wardrobe. Each of the bedrooms have patio doors leading to the downstairs terrace area with plenty of patio furniture for your comfort.

This really is a beautiful holiday home with easy access to the resort facilities, including communal pool area, crazy golf, tennis courts, kids club, restaurants, and small mini-market (summer only). The town is only a 15 minute walk away, making this an ideal holiday base to make the most of all that sunny Carvoeiro has to offer.

For those who enjoy unwinding through sport, the Pestana Golf Resort and Carvoeiro Tennis Centre are only a few minutes drive away.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 2 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available at £200 / €230 per week, please enquire.
