Property Details

Villa Lucia is a stunning three-bedroom air-conditioned villa with a private swimming pool. This can be heated at an additional cost. The villa is located in a very nice residential area of sunny Carvoeiro, and sits in a perfect place to explore the Algarve. The villa is about a 15 minute walk to the historic fishing town, and its location allows you to access either side of town in equal time. The villa has a security alarm, lockable entrance gates and is fenced all the way around, providing additional security. The villa has free high-speed wireless internet for guests.

Accommodation is on two levels, with the ground level consisting of an entrance hallway, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area & lounge with patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground level, both bedrooms have twin beds, with the first, larger bedroom also having a brand new en-suite with large walk-in shower for added comfort. There is a separate shower room with WC next door to the second bedroom.

The upper floor consists of the large master bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the upper terrace, complete with table and chairs and views over the garden. Each of the bedrooms and the lounge benefits from air conditioning. The units can also be used as heaters and with the wood-burning fire in the lounge provides adequate winter heating.

The pool area has ample terracing complete with patio furniture and a purpose built BBQ for outdoor dining, and the villa sits in its own private manicured gardens. A new patio has been built with wooden pergola with a full size table tennis table for your enjoyment. Pool heating is available at an additional charge.

This villa is ideal for those wishing a quieter location but still having easy access on foot to the town. Although the town is only 15 minutes walk away, there is a small supermarket and restaurant only 7 minutes walk from the villa. Truly a beautiful rental property.

Carvoeiro has three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away. The Carvoeiro Tennis Centre is only minutes away by car. The centre of Carvoeiro boasts an excellent array of restaurants and bars and is only a casual 15-minute walk.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 3 days per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available for an additional charge of £175 / €200 per week. Please enquire.
