Casa Jaguar is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on two levels on a very large plot with lawn area and mature gardens. There is an entrance driveway to park any rental cars securely.
Through the main front door you enter the main downstairs hallway, with games area and large patio doors to the terrace and pool area. All 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor level, the master bedroom with king size bed, full refurbished en-suite facilities and patio doors to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to the garden. The 3rd bedroom also has twin beds. Both bedrooms two and three share a bathroom located right next to each bedroom. All beds have ample wardrobe storage and are air conditioned.
The pool area has ample sunbeds and a patio table and purpose built BBQ for outside dining. The pool can be heated at an extra cost of £175 / 200 Euros per week.
There is a steep internal staircase leading to the lounge & fully equipped kitchen, with all the modern appliances you would expect from a rental home. This includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. The large lounge with dining area has patio doors leading to the terrace / balcony complete with patio table and chairs where you overlook the vast gardens and pool area.
This is a very good size villa on a very large plot in a quiet residential part of Carvoeiro. This is new for late May 2026 and is priced accordingly for last minute entry to the rental market.
The Pestana Golf courses are only a few minutes by car while the tennis centre a few minutes walk away. This is open to the public and has a coffee/drinks bar.
A very nice rental home in a very nice location to explore both Carvoeiro and the Algarve.

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.
