Casa Doric is a beautifully presented air-conditioned villa and has been extensively refurbished inside and outside, including a new swimming pool terrace and 2 new bathrooms. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance to the historic fishing town of Carvoeiro, where you will find a variety of restaurants and tourist attractions. The property also boasts sea views from the roof terrace.

The villa has been fully modernised and consists of three very well adorned bedrooms. The master bedroom has full en-suite facilities with one further bathroom next door to serve bedrooms two & three. The master bedroom has a double bed, with the remaining two bedrooms being twin bedded. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage. Newly installed air conditioning in each of the bedrooms will be useful in summer months. These can also heat during winter occupancy.

The spacious lounge with open plan dining area has been subtly refined and comes with Satellite T.V, DVD player and MP3 docking system. There are patio doors leading to the pool terrace complete with patio table and chairs, perfect for lounging in the sun. The swimming pool is generous in size and has ample sunbeds for relaxing by the pool also. The property also benefits from a newly installed top of the range pool heater. This can be heated for an extra £175 / €200 per week. This villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and makes an ideal holiday home.

The villa offers free wireless internet for guests.

Carvoeiro is host to three golf courses, all are easy accessible from the villa and only a very short drive away. The Carvoeiro Tennis Centre is only minutes away by car. The centre of Carvoeiro boasts an excellent array of restaurants and bars and is only a casual 15 minute walk.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 3 days per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.

Pool heating is available at £175 / €200 per week, please enquire.
