The lower ground floor has a central corridor with cloakroom wc and laundry room with a washer and dryer.  All three good sized bedrooms are on the ground floor level with ample wardrobe space.  All 3 bedrooms have full en-suite facilities and have patio doors with electric shutters leading to the swimming pool terrace.  The terrace has plenty of patio furniture and sunbeds, all very high quality.  The infinity salt water pool is a great size at 11m x 5m and again you have sea views from the pool terrace.  There is a mobile gas BBQ for guests use.

 This really is a stunning villa, beautifully presented and in an excellent location with easy access to the resort facilities including communal pool area, crazy golf, tennis courts, kids club, restaurants, and small mini-market (summer only).  The town is only a 15-minute walk away making this an ideal holiday base for exploring the sunny Algarve.
