This beautiful villa with private swimming pool (including built-in water feature) is set amidst a mature garden with plenty of green grass and flowering shrubs. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Quinta do Paraiso complex and is one of the most impressive examples on site. Sea views can be observed from the roof terrace, which is a perfect location to relax in the sun. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi to guests.
The villa has been fully modernised and consists of three very well presented bedrooms; the master bedroom has full en-suite facilities with one further bathroom next door to bedrooms two & three. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage.
The villa is fully equipped with a modern fitted kitchen complete with all the usual amenities, such as oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc.
The spacious lounge with open plan dining area is again very well presented and comes with modern LCD TV, Satellite T.V, and DVD player. There are patio doors leading to the terrace complete with patio table and chairs. The villa also has air conditioning throughout. This luxury villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard and would make an excellent holiday base to explore all of the Algarve's sun-filled opportunities.
Clients have the use of the facilities on the Quinta do Paraiso complex, including pool areas, tennis courts, and crazy golf (a small fee is payable for use). There is also a small shop/supermarket located on the complex for convenience (summer months opening only).
Carvoeiro boasts three nearby golf courses and excellent tennis facilities, all are within an easily accessible range from the villa, and only a very short drive away.
The centre of Carvoeiro is a short casual 20-minute walk away.

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Prices are per week for a maximum of 6 persons, inclusive of 3 day per week maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
