After entry through the front door, there is a small hallway leading to the fully equipped kitchen.  This leads to a small terrace with stunning views towards the beach and sea.  There is one cabin style bedroom off the hallway with bunk beds, ideal for children.  The lounge is well laid out has LCD TV, with satellite box, free wi-fi and a dining table for 6 persons.  The sofa can be converted to a bed.  On this floor is also a small cloakroom wc.  

On the upper floor is the king size master bedroom with terrace again overlooking the beach and sea.   There is also the shower room / wc located next to the master bedroom.  This is an ideal apartment for those looking to be in the town centre with very easy access to the beach.  Only one minute walk away.  Quite stunning views.  There is no parking on the street, cars can be parked at the top of the hill, near the church about 100 metres away.

The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 6, however ideal for 4 persons.  Carvoeiro is the perfect location for a golfing holiday as it accommodates three golf courses, all of which are easily accessible from the apartment and only a very short drive away. For those who like to unwind in a sporty manner, the Carvoeiro Tennis Centre is only minutes away by car also. The centre of Carvoeiro itself boasts an excellent array of restaurants and bars, and is only a 1 minute walk away.  Not many properties can boast views like this, quite stunning.

Prices are per week for a maximum of 4 persons (can sleep 6 including children), inclusive of 1 maid service per week, linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
