Casa Ayty with its beautiful sea view, sits in an elevated position, with a supermarket, Mamma Mia’s pizzeria (best pizza in town!), McCafe snack bar and other restaurants on Monte Carvoeiro on your doorstep. The well-known family medical centre is also only a few metres away. It also lies in a perfect location for beachgoers, as the Paraiso beach is only a 5 minute walk away, with the main town of Carvoeiro being only a 10-minute walk away.

The first floor, one-level accommodation consists of a good-sized well presented lounge with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed.  The bathroom, with walk-in shower, sits between the two bedrooms. The windows, bathroom, and internal flooring have all been tastefully refurbished by the owner.  Both comfortable bedrooms benefit from ample wardrobe space.

There is an LED Smart TV in the lounge with Netflix access to those having an account, together with Satellite TV and free high-speed wi-fi for when you want to take a break from the gorgeous climate.

There is a small kitchen terrace  and another outside the lounge patio doors for your comfort with a nice clear sea view – wonderful!  The pool area is only 50 metres from the apartment, acting as a perfect location for relaxing in the sun. A wonderful holiday home in a wonderful location. It is an ideal base to explore Carvoeiro and all that it offers through and through.

Carvoeiro boasts three nearby golf courses, all are easily accessible from the apartment and only a very short drive away. The Carvoeiro Tennis Centre is only minutes away by car. The centre of Carvoeiro boasts an excellent array of restaurants and bars and is only a casual 10-minute walk

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 4 persons, inclusive of 1 maid service per week, linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
