No. 80 is a well-decorated air-conditioned two bedroom townhouse situated in the popular Areias dos Moinhos area of Carvoeiro.  Guests have full use of the swimming pool facilities, allowing for a perfectly relaxing sunny getaway.

On the ground floor the villa consists of a spacious entrance hall, shower room with WC, air-conditioned lounge with open plan dining area, and patio doors leading to the south-facing sun terrace with clear sea views and built-in BBQ.  The lounge has a wood-burning fire for winter heating.  The villa also has a fully equipped brand new kitchen on this level which includes all amenities: such as a washing machine, electric oven & hob, fridge freezer, and microwave.

Downstairs accommodation consists of the two comfortable bedrooms, both with twin beds and air conditioning, and featuring patio doors leading straight out on to the lower terrace.  The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and generous storage space for those holiday clothes. There is also a full modern bathroom on this level.

From the main entrance hall there is a stairway to the roof terrace with sea views.  There is also a private carport at the front of the villa, so any rental cars can be parked privately at the front door.

The development also offers a swimming pool area with separate children’s pool for use by guests staying in the townhouses.

The centre of the seaside town of Carvoeiro, and all that it has to offer, including holiday activities and restaurants, is easily accessible and approximately 15 minutes walk from the villa.

Prices

Winter Period

During the Winter Period we offer discounted prices of -10% per week for bookings over 3 weeks, and -20% per week for bookings over 6 weeks.

Summer Period

Prices are per week for a maximum of 4 persons, inclusive of weekday maid service (except public holidays), linen & towels (except beach/swimming towels - these should be supplied by the client). Electricity is included in all rental prices.
